We ensure compliance with tax regulations whilst minimizing taxation liability. We also provide extensive advisory service on all tax matters as well as Customs & Excise regulations. Each year we compile update reports based on the Finance Bill to keep clients informed about legislation changes.

Management & Financial Consultancy

We offer management audits and financial consultancy services. Through Sawa Registrars the following services are available: Company registration, filing statutory returns as prescribed by the Companies Act, maintaining board minutes, dispatching notice of general meeting and shareholders report and accounts, custody of company seal and all legal documents. In addition, we handle correspondence with stockbrokers and also maintain share registrars, process transfer of share, issue certificates and dividends.
